Returning an item for refund
If you return an unsuitable item to us within 10 days of delivery, in perfect re-saleable condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive at our premises.
If you wish to return an item please either phone or email us, and we'll let you know the appropriate return address for it.
Can I exchange a product for something else or a different size?
Yes, but please ensure that the product that you want to exchange is in perfect, re-saleable condition.
This is particularly important when trying on clothing, or fitting horse rugs or other horse wear.
We appreciate that sizing horse rugs in particular can be an imprecise science, so please take care to try the rug on your horse over a clean under rug or sheet.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items are non-refundable but you can return them for exchange as per above.
If you prefer we can send Gift Vouchers to the equivalent value.
Are there any items that I cannot return for refund or exchange?
The following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- personalised and special order items
- custom made body protectors
- riding hats
Personalised and special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
